I have some doubt about converting pcc to ipcc please clarify
I have all ready completed more than 3 Yrs of my articleship and till not cleared any group in pcc.shall i convert to ipcc in this last 6 months? if i can convert what about my articleship in ipcc? when i can write my ipcc exam? and fees and procedure for conversion?

One of my friend whois a CA (final) student has discontinued to go to the articleship due to some dispute with the principal since last 15 months. Now the period of articleship for which the contract was executed has been completed. whay are the steps that she should take to take to get a complition certi from the principal if he has denied to do so...?????
even he is not ready to sign 108 with excess leave.
