at the time of registration for ca my name is wrongly registered.now i want to change my name correctly.what is the procedure for changing my name.to whom i sent request letter?

I got a msg that study material on DT and IDT laws have been updated and are relavant for May 2011 exams.

However, I am not able to find the link for it.

A chartible trusthad been issued registration certificate in the year 1999. Later the said registration certificate was lost, so the charitable trust applied for fresh registration.But the concerned officer of Income Tax rejected the application stating that , the trust has already been registered u/s12Aof I.T.Act. 1961.

But neither the trustee or concerned Income Tax Dept. have details (number) of orginal registration certificate u/s 12A.

So, I want to know , how the details of orginal registration certificate be traced and by which mode ?

Further, is there any icon on Income Tax Dept. website for tracing the said registration certificate details?

Can anybody send me the solution for Postal coaching of C.S. for June - 2011 of all subjects?

I have got industrial training in company, I want to know the formal procedure between principle and article and also communication to be sent in Institue. I have taken form no 104. Is there any application required? Some article says staming is to be done and submitted?? I am not clear with procedure..

if a student has cleared his group-I of final in first attempt and nd group-II is still not cleared by him in other four attempts ,
is he required to pay the final reg fees again and he is required to give first group again or not ?

From may 2011, Old course exams have been discontinued.

So, do a old course student have to re-register himself for new course before he fills and submit the exam form for may 2011, or no registration is required?

if registration is required, when it has to be done?

A. IS IT MANDATORY TO DO ARTICLESHIP BEFORE APPEARING FOR INTERMEDIATE EXAMS.

B. I HAVE DONE ARTICLESHIP FOR 3 YEARS IN 1995. BUT I DONOT HAVE ARTICLESHIP COMPLETION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY ICAI.
CAN REGN.NO. HELP ME IN GETTING DETAIL ABOUT COMPLETION of ARTICLESHIP. IF I AM ABLE TO FIND COMPLETION CERTIFICATE WILL IT HELP ME IN APPEARING FOR EXAMS NOW.
