I couldn't clear CA final in nov 1o. Please guide should I study different book or should I revise the book which I have already studied. Please suggest book also.

I failed in final 2nd grp for third time.
I have T N manoharan & vaitheeswaran text books for DT & IDT respectively(AY 2009-10).
even for AY 2010-11 I managed with these old books, after making adjustments 4 amendments.(I downloaded suppl SM frm ICAI website)
I also passed in these subjects in previous 2 attempts. For May 2011 xam can I use these books again. Do u think it is feasible to do so? or do u suggest me to buy new books. pls help.

what is the meaning of moral turpitude or what it includes?

Till now I appeared for CA final exam( Old course)and got failed. Now May 11 onwards I have to appear for Final exam in new course. is there a requirement to file a form for conversion from old to new course ? or old course student are automatically converted in to new now. means there is no requirement to file any form to the institute and as usually we can submit our exam form for May 11 exam because now wordings of old course or new course has already been removed.

Can any one assist for the same ? Thanks in advance.

I have completed my B.com and m.com in hindi medium. now i want to appear in ca exam nov-11.i am not able to decide to medium of exam.should go to english or hindi.my englihs is not very good only have working knowledge.i have take more time to understand topic in english compartable to hindi.so, i consulting this probleum to other person but till date i have not decided anyting.would you help me to chose it so, that i can start preparation without waste of time.

i m CA-Final Student..
i obtained following Marks in First Group:
1. Financial Reporting 53
2. Strategic Financial Mgt. 63
3. Auditing 32
4. Law 60

Further, i want to know for which subjects i can get exemption ?whether for one subject or both of this two..?

sir i have cleared my 1st group but 2nd group is still pending so i want to know whether final new course is applicable or old course is still in existence if old is not in existence then tell me whether we have to fill form for re ragistration

I cleared my CA final 2nd grp in nov 2010...and now i have heard that we will be switched over to new course... but i dont know the procedure...can any one of you please help me..... my next attempt is in May 2011..is the conversion automatic or do we have to pay any registration fees?please let me know
