sir plzzzzz tell me that,,,,,,,,is there any ammendment,addition,delition of any sec in company law 1956 from june 2009 to till date............i have book applicable for nov 09 exam of ca final,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
i have all ammendments of allied laws,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,please tell me that is there a need to purchase new book or not,,,,,,,,,,,,reply soon,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Please guide me-
I have passed IPCE both grps.
Now i am planning to go for articleship in my hometown,where only small and middle size firms are situated.
But i can study their a lot also i can get classes through net.
So please tell me should i go for it,as here i get work exposure at middle level only.
I want to concentrate on my Finals study.
In delhi i can get such big exposure,but can't focus on study.
So guide me.
As i think If i passed CA Final with shining colours then i get much more.

I HAD APPEARED CA FINAL EXAMS IN NOV-2009, MAY-2010,NOV-2010.(ALL BOTH GROUPS)
I HAVE PASSED GROUP-1 IN NOV-10.

BUT WHEN I M FILLING THE EXAM FORM ONLINE THE COLUMN "LAST APPEARANCE DETAILS OF FINAL EXAM",, HOW SHUD I ENTER THE DETAILS.
THERE ARE ONLY 2 ROWS(BUT I HAVE GIVEN 3 ATTEMPTS).

IT IS ASKING APPEARANCE DETAILS IN THE HEADING AND INSIDE COLUMN IT IS GIVEN EXAM PASSED.

AND IF I ENTER NOV-2010(BOTH GROUPS) APPEARANCE THEN WHETHER I SHUD ENTER PASS OR FAIL (AS BCOZ I HAVE PASSED 1 GROUP & APPEARED BOTH GROUPS).

PLZ HELP.

Difference between Excise and Servicetax for INPUT CREDIT AVAIL...

Service tax INPUT : is related to business...

i have passed group2 in nov10 ipcc exams.so in may'11 exam form i have filled in partial passing details...ie.group 2.
In the form there was a section asking for exemption scored in previous xam..i had 66 in audit..bt as i have passed group2,i hv nt mentioned it in xam form..is tht a mistake?

I got exemption in Accounting in IPCC May 10 Exams, which was claimed. But then i gave November 10 attempt, i did not clear, but got 62 in tax. Can i claim exemption in Both accounts and Taxation?

Suppose i have got 59 in a subject in november 2010 ipcc exam. I apply for scrutiny expecting of some increase in marks.

It is mentioned in the form that scrutiny results come out in april.now the last date to fill ipcc forms is february 28,2011 for the may 2011 attempt..

I want to ask that what will happen if on scrutiny my marks increases from 59 to 60 or 60+ ie i get an exemption..how will it be incorporated in the examination form which i would already have submitted in february...will i be able to get the benefit of this scrutiny and claim exemption in 2011 may ipcc exams..and how should i proceed in this matter??

i am a final student just completed my articleship....

actually i was late sending 108 form ...but sent it within 60 days...almost 10-15 days past ..no notice served to me

and EXAMINATION FORM FOR for final came..

i filled it..but the problem is ,i chose option Vth that is my articleship completed and in that case i have to enclose service completin certificate which i didnt received yet..

so what can i do

and also pls tell me how much days certificate from institute issues...and in case didnt come wat we have to do......

One of my frnd got exemption in accounting on her Nov 2009 attempt..she gave attempt in May 2010,Nov 2010..but failed..can she claim exemption in accounts in her MAy 2011 attempt?
