sir plzzzzz tell me that,,,,,,,,is there any ammendment,addition,delition of any sec in company law 1956 from june 2009 to till date............i have book applicable for nov 09 exam of ca final,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

It will be good if you purchase a new book with all latest amendments. Also check on ICAI web site for latest amendments.
