i have got 60 above marks in accounts and tax during June 2012 exam in CS Executive.. is it counted for exemption??? can i get setoff of 1st grp in 2nd grp in Dec 2012?

I am in a tension that i have registered myself for satellite recorded batch of praveen sharma sir in ETENCA at Janak puri district centre started from 3rd december 2012. But due to inconvenience to me in reaching the centre i requested the centre incharge to transfer my centre to Dwarka. But they denied to transfer my centre. even i have told them i will pay full fees there and even the extra charge of Rs. 500 for transfer but they said " transfer nhi milega ye hamara rule hai". I have deposited Rs. 2000 with the centre. what should i do ? please suggest me. If they will not give transfer then i will be in huge problem.
