i need to know can we get new practise manual for dt and idt of a.y.2013-14 from the institute by exchanging our old practise manuals??? and that too free of cost. pls reply its urgent.

Well ,,,,... there is no such facility available. But you can download the new practice manual from the website of ICAI>>>>> knowledge portal.
