05 December 2012 Dear all,

I am in a tension that i have registered myself for satellite recorded batch of praveen sharma sir in ETENCA at Janak puri district centre started from 3rd december 2012. But due to inconvenience to me in reaching the centre i requested the centre incharge to transfer my centre to Dwarka. But they denied to transfer my centre. even i have told them i will pay full fees there and even the extra charge of Rs. 500 for transfer but they said " transfer nhi milega ye hamara rule hai". I have deposited Rs. 2000 with the centre. what should i do ? please suggest me. If they will not give transfer then i will be in huge problem.

05 December 2012 Find the contact details of the concerned persons of the head office and contact them. They will surely resolve your problem.

07 December 2012 Actually, i have conversated with the dwarka department and they have forwarded my email to head office and thereafter one person had called me and asked about my problem. I told them about my problem but it is 4 days over no result out. The official said to me " transfer mushkil hai" and also told me that "aapne dwarka centre k through mail kyu karwai, khud karni chahiye thi, isse aapka case problem me hai" . I told them i didnt know about the email id and the process that's why maine unse request ki. Now the centre incharges and the Head office person both are saying that transfer impossible. what should i do? Please tell me . If they dont give me transfer the either i have to suffer that or lost my Rs. 2000. please help. where should i go???

08 December 2012 You can only contact the head office . Talk to the most senior person. Find his mail id and phone number from eten website. If he also refuses then you have no other options left.....
