If my principal is not signed my transfer form .So how can I take transfer?
plz help me.........

It is compulsory to sign Form-109 by principal.In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

05 December 2012 Ajay sir i m completed my 9months traning but as par ICAI Notification their is no ground for reasoning for trasfer in one year...........
