i hv to appear in CS executive exams in december 2013 so i really need to knw wat are the amendments,i mean how are the study subjcts affected??? tax or company law.....? what are the changes therein?

I have completed 1.5 years of articleship. I thought of opting for Industrial training in the last year. As per ICAI rules i have to inform my principal before 3 months. But my query is.... after informing my principal if i don't get vacancies, what should i do?

And, will there be any vacancies in banks also???
