Kindly provide me procedure how to convert Unregistered Partnership Firm of Five Partners into Private Limited company?What is the Compliance as per Companies Act and What are Documents need to be done if Firm is Transferred into Pvt.Company as per Partnership Act?

Further I would like to clarify that Pvt.Ltd Company with the same Profit sharing ratio has been incorporated.

Ours is a listed company. The Company has not complied with filing of Form 5INV. Now I want to file the form 5INV for the current year and also for the previous years. Can I do the same? Or is it enough if I file the return only for the current year. Kindly advice

can a private limited company run by a single director?

i have client information including PAN. when i apply for DIN, MCA site reflect that pan no. has already been allotted DIN.
now how can i got the old DIN as the client do not know any DIN allotted to him

i have one query; can we open a bank account in the name of the company.

because on current account bank do not provide interest and normally we have surplus amount in bank account.
