Hello Sir,
Kindly provide me procedure how to convert Unregistered Partnership Firm of Five Partners into Private Limited company?What is the Compliance as per Companies Act and What are Documents need to be done if Firm is Transferred into Pvt.Company as per Partnership Act?
Further I would like to clarify that Pvt.Ltd Company with the same Profit sharing ratio has been incorporated.
Kindly Explain me In detail.
