I have a doubt regarding how to resubmit form 23B (auditor’s appointment) to MCA for FY 2013-14.


I had wrongly quoted date of AGM as 30/09/2013 instead of 28/09/2013. This form I have uploaded on MCA site. I chose NEFT Payment option for which SRN was generated. While making payment I came across of the mistake committed in uploaded form. So I have not made the payment.


Afterwards, I corrected my mistake and trying to submit the form but an error as “some pre-scrutiny validations have failed” is shown continuously. Please let me guide how to resubmit the form as I am continuously trying to submit the form and the same error is getting displayed n the screen.


As the form was wrongly filled and submitted, I thrown the challans generated for NEFT in to dustbin which I have lost. So I don’t even have SRN for earlier wrong form 23B

1. WHETHER CHIT FUND COMPANIES ARE CATEGORIZED AS NBFC'S .

2. IS THE CHIT INSTALMENTS RECEIVED BY CHIT FUND COMPANIES IS CONSIDERED AS DEPOSITS U/S 58A AND 58AA FOR REPORTING PURPOSE.

3. CAN ANYONE PROVIDE ME WITH THE AUDIT REPORT FORMAT OF PRIVATE LIMITED CHIT FUND COMPANIES.

Mr. A is director in ABC ltd and DEF ltd. Mr. B is also director in both company.

Can Mr. A be appointed as independent director in ABC ltd ?

I have applied for Name availability in Form 1A.After 10 Days i got a mail from Mca stating the remarks that tmr registered under class - 42.
Now what is the procedure for re-submission.

1. Whether a separate bank account to be opened in case of PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY also, where all the shareholders are family members?

2. Advertisement in the Newspaper U/s 154 of the companies Act is applicable in case of PRIVATE LIMITED also?

A Company has passed a resolution to invest in mutual fund u/s 372A for Rs.2 crore. now the company has invested whole 2 crore in MF, now the company has received Rs. 20 lakh dividend on this MF and the same is re-invested by the company. so my query is that the company violating the section by investing Rs. 2.20 Crore where the resolution is passed for only Rs. 2 crore.

i had applied for DIN of one of my client. i paid rs.100/- din form fees and DIN was allotted immediately.

now my client has received some documents from ROC/DIN dept and postman is demanding Rs.500/- for the same.

Should he pay RS.500/- ?

An unlisted public limited co. has 7 directors and no other members. All the shares are owned by the 7 directors. Is share certificate necessary in this case ?
