Mr. A is director in ABC ltd and DEF ltd. Mr. B is also director in both company.
Can Mr. A be appointed as independent director in ABC ltd ?

If Mr. A is appointed as director in ABC ltd in an executive category and he has received any money from company other than sitting fee then he will not be appointed as Independent Director. Because to become Independent, he should not be associated with company.
