I have applied for Name availability in Form 1A.After 10 Days i got a mail from Mca stating the remarks that tmr registered under class - 42.
Now what is the procedure for re-submission.

Please confirm you have TMR of such name or not. If you have then you give the details of such tmr and re submit Form-1A after log in in MCA portal.

Actually The proposed name we want to incorporate is GMS software solutions pvt ltd.

Please check on MCA poral that in such name any trade mark is registered or not.
If registered then you will get the NOC from the owner of that trade mark for using such name.

Now i got 5 names already registered as trade mark in Mca Portal with the name GMS.Now what is the procedure.

If you want such name then you should take NOC from all 5 trade mark owner.
