please let me know, for change of name of company where i want to use the word india, is there any separate fees i have to pay for using this word in company name.

There is no restrictions on using words like "global,"india",,

Companies (name availability) rules 2011 is ammended by vide MCA circular 45/2011.Hence there is no restriction of minimum share capital for using word INDIA in name of company
