1) How to make overseas direct investment(ODI) in subsidiary co in Dubai by Indian holding co?
What is the procedure to be followed in India regarding ODI?
2)Wanted application Form of ODI?
3)How to bring back to India the profits earned in dubai Branch next year?Whether Profits can be brought as Dividends without paying tax or Profits can be directly transferred to Holding Co?

Dear Friends,

I have received a mail from MCA. It says "Keyword is a name of a city and not followed by business activity.(Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)."

Since I have applied for company name using foreign city name, has it violated any rule. What should be possible way to get the name approved.

There is a Audit commitee in which Two Independent Director and one non-executive director.One of the Independent Director is unable to sign the audit report,Then in this case who shall sign the audit report?
Also quote relevant provision(s),if any

Due to some technical problem,Video Recording which was done could not be retrieved. Both video and audio is not recorded. Only after the meeting got over, this was identified. Is the meeting valid? What is the remedy?
