How can I check it in ROC website??

in May 2014 exam we concider company law 2013 or 1956???

in pvt ltd director and shareholder are same and director declared dividend as well as pay ddt than In personal return of director dividend are exempt U/S 10(34)

I want to know that, i have to incorporate a company of paid up capital of 2 crore and the proposed director desires to bring its own asset/property and transfer this to company without consideration in order to fulfill the capital of Rs. 2 crore.

Is it mandatory to bring capital other than cash in case of Private limited company.?
Kindly update me on this urgent basis.

KINDLY HELP ME SOLVE THE FOLLOWING QUERY:
A COMPANY HAD STRUCK OFF ITSELF IN 2006 AND NOW IT HAS REVIVED ITSELF IN 2013.
WHETHER THE COMPANY SHOULD FILE DIN 3??
AS IN 2006 THERE WAS NO COMPULSORY DIN AND HENCE THE DIRECTORS HAVE TAKEN THE DIN NOW.
