Approval of name of a pvt ltd company

I have applied for approval of name of a pvt ltd company but the same has been put into resubmission due to resemble of name with existing company. I check the master data index of the exting company is showing dissolved. is there any possibility to get the same name which I have applied on the ground of the resemble company get dissolved?

As a corollary to section 559 of the Companies Act,1956 , dissolved company's name will not be allotted afresh with in two years from the date of dissolution.
PS:- If name is struck off, as per master data, time limit is twenty years.
