I purchase share 50,000 but not issued share certificate & shares. last two years from no return filed . what procedure for compliant to roc for issue shares

I have registered a new Indian pvt ltd company recently.I want to introduce Rs1000000/- as first authorised capital. At the begining itself i.e. first time I am putting Rs 10,00,000/- as authorised capital.

1. What is the procedure for introducing the capital?

2. Do I have to pay any fees to the registrar?

3. Is this fees refundable or can I get any other benefit?

Dear Experts,
Company X is subsidiary of Y and it has 2 shareholders Y & Z , Z is also subsidiary of Y. Dividend paid by X goes to Y & Z which ultimately goes to the accounts of Y. Is it legally correct?

Also Z transfers all its share to Y and becomes a nominee shareholder of X.And X now has a single owner that is Y. Is any disclosure or declaration is needed for this?

When I fill the details of the Director in Form18 and sign it the form gets successfully prescrutinised but when i upload it says name and DSC do not match. What do I do?

A Pvt. Ltd. company have 3 directors, who have equal number of shares. out of 3 directors, 2 of them want to remove the 3rd director who is responsible for some mismanagement in the affairs of company, so how can the two directors can proceed with the removal of 3rd directors in case the 3rd director is not willing to resign from his post not ready to transfer his shares to other two directors.

In addition to above, i have few questions like, if the 3rd director has been removed but he retain 33% shares, how we can take it back? and in bank all 3 directors are required to sign the cheque, can we remove him from bank also bcoz without that we can not process the payment to anyone.plz help.

I have filed e-form 2 (return of allotment) of a company on 30/10/2013.After filing this form paid up capital of he company became Rs.5,00,000 from Rs.1,00,000.

But in MCA21, it is showing paid up capital of Rs.1,00,000.

What should I do to confirm ?
