15 November 2013 I purchase share 50,000 but not issued share certificate & shares. last two years from no return filed . what procedure for compliant to roc for issue shares

15 November 2013 Firstly you mark a mail to the company for issue of share certificate to you and give time period for this.


After this if company not giving any response then you mark a mail to grievance cell of MCA portal on below link:

https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/compGriev.html
