I want to know what shall be the implcation that if Form 2 is filed beyond 30 days of allotment however with 180 days of foreign inward remittance and FCGPR Form is also filed after 30 days of allotment.

Will the Certificate from PCS contain any qualification.

Plz help

Condonation of delay for not reporting to rbi

Pls let me know the process for condonation of delay if a Company who got inward remmitence (under automatic route) towards issuance of shares to foreign entity, but not reported to RBI (about the inward remittence not filed form FCGPR and perodical reporting as well.
and also the format of application for condonation of delay as stated.

Due date of first agm of the company

date of incorporation is 25/01/2012 and P&l and Balance sheet filed for the period of 25/01/2012 to 31/03/2013. then what will be the due date of first agm of the said company ?????
