Pls let me know the process for condonation of delay if a Company who got inward remmitence (under automatic route) towards issuance of shares to foreign entity, but not reported to RBI (about the inward remittence not filed form FCGPR and perodical reporting as well. and also the format of application for condonation of delay as stated.

dear sir thanks for reply, but my query has not been fully resolved, what happned if the company even not intimate to RBI about the inward remitence, further the period above 1 year has been elapsed since the inward remitence.
