21 November 2013 Now-a-days in MCA portal after Incorporating any Company, there is only "APPROVED" message is come in Tract Transaction Status, no Certificate is enclosed in the portal. If anybody know that why the Incorporation Certificate is not generated. Kindly reply back.

21 November 2013 Sir, then it should be shown in atleast "View Public Document" of the mentioned newly incorporated Company in MCA portal. But its not showing. As in CA 2013, Its mandatory to commence every company, if private or public, if for that reason, the Incorporation Certificate is not shown in MCA??
Please confirm or guide the truth.
