A company was incorporate in India as wos of a Company Incorporated outside India.
Now there is planning to convert the indian WOS company into LLP.

LLP has an object covered under automatic rout of FDI.

Now the equerry are

1. Company Incorporated outside india or its nominee can be the Designated partner of the LLP?

2. Is the India FDI Policy allowed to invest in such LLP directly by such Holding Company or through its nominee?

You may refer the page no. 16 and 17 of FDI Policy.

Now-a-days in MCA portal after Incorporating any Company, there is only "APPROVED" message is come in Tract Transaction Status, no Certificate is enclosed in the portal. If anybody know that why the Incorporation Certificate is not generated. Kindly reply back.

If the private limited company received extra amount as share application money against number of shares it wish to allot, then how to refund this money to applicant? Is there any process? How to mention this transaction in board resolution of allotment?

I want to know what shall be the implcation that if Form 2 is filed beyond 30 days of allotment however with 180 days of foreign inward remittance and FCGPR Form is also filed after 30 days of allotment.

Will the Certificate from PCS contain any qualification.
