A finance company always executing Power of Attorney in favour of their employees regarding their work area, it is become very bulky for company always held Board Meeting only for this work. hi, I have received the confirmation for availability of company name after filing form 1A. In that form, I had written authorised capital of Rs25 lac. But now i realize that i should have set the authorised capital of Rs 10 lacs . So can I change my authorised capital now itself to Rs 10 lacs in Form 1?
