18 November 2013 hi, I have received the confirmation for availability of company name after filing form 1A. In that form, I had written authorised capital of Rs25 lac. But now i realize that i should have set the authorised capital of Rs 10 lacs . So can I change my authorised capital now itself to Rs 10 lacs in Form 1?

19 November 2013 Yes, you can mentioned the new authorised capital in Form-1. You can revise the same.

19 November 2013 There is no procedure. You only take NOC from promoter that your capital will be this and the same should be display in MOA and Form-1.
