Sir, A person is going to be appointed as a director in two companies which are in the process of incorporation here I am not able to provide information in Form-1 which requires me to provide the CIN no of the company in which such person is a director because since neither company is incorporated. How to deal with such a situation?

We have registered a private limited company as per new companies act. My query is

1. You have to intimate to ROC for address of the company after incorporation of it. What is the form for that intimation. Is it Form 18 or some other form has been prescribed?

2. What is the form to get Certificate of commencement of business?
