so can i avail this name as per name availibility guidelines coz the word india n education is mention n wht would be the paid up capital as per regulation...
As per the Name Availability Rules, 2011, for using the word "India" WITHIN the name of the company requires authorized capital of Rs. 25 Lacs. Is it correct? Are the name availability guidelines outdated?
