what will be the ROC fees if the private company is raising its authorised share capital from 25 lacs to 50 lacs? Also, whether board resolution or ordinary resolution is required in filing form 5?

The ROC fees will be Rs. 50,000/-. As per my knowledge, stamp duty in Jharkhand is Nil for increase in authorized capital.

Agreed with Mr. Nikhil. Also remember that the fees calculated from the above link is excluding stamp duty (if any). For stamp duty you should refer rate of stamp duty chart available on the same page.
