Incorporation of company

Sir, A person is going to be appointed as a director in two companies which are in the process of incorporation here I am not able to provide information in Form-1 which requires me to provide the CIN no of the company in which such person is a director because since neither company is incorporated. How to deal with such a situation?

Dear Souvik,
Leave that query blank as both the companies are proposed companies and not incorporated companies. Details should be provided only if the proposed Director of new company is already director in existing company.
