Whether following directors can be removed or not u/s 284 of companies act,1956:-
1)Director of a private company, holding office for life on the 1st day of April, 1952(Life time director)
2)Director appointed by BIFR under SICA

While filling the MGT14 form, is it mandatory to fill certificate part by practicing professional?? If yes, i can't access the fill options and digital signature also.

Mgt 14 query

A person is a chartered accountant and also a director in a company. So, Can the same person sign the mgt 14 form as the chartered accountant who has signed the board resolution form as the director.
