And Company's main object is Real Estate Business

You can form a Company where all the Directors are NRI. There is no restriction as such. You have to collect DIN number of that NRI Director. Further as per the requirement of section 149 (3) which says “Every company shall have at least one director who has stayed in India for a total period of not less than one hundred and eighty-two days in the previous calendar year.”
