04 July 2014 Please could you provide me the format for directors report as per companies Act, 2013.

05 July 2014 For the annual filing related to FY 2013-14, all documents will be prepared as per companies act 1956 and old annual filing e-forms like 23AC, 23ACA and 20B will be used. This has been clarified by MCA. So it will be difficult to get Directors report in the format prescribed in CA 2013.
