While filling the MGT14 form, is it mandatory to fill certificate part by practicing professional?? If yes, i can't access the fill options and digital signature also.

Are you using MGT.14 for private company? I have heard that in case of use of MGT.14 for Private company, certification by practicing professional is not required.

Yeah, I am using MGT-14 form for private company and the option to provide the details of practicising professinal is not available
