03 July 2014 IS MBP1 form to be signed and placed before board meeting even if there is nil interest or concern in other companies or body of individuals or firms or associations??

03 July 2014 As per my understanding, Declaration shall be collected from all the directors that they have no interest or concern in other companies or body of individuals or firms or associations. This fact should be taken note through a board resolution u/s 184.

Simply file that resolution in form MGT.14 from compliance point of view. Since you will not get and form MBP.1 so the question of attaching the same with form MBP.1 does not arise.
