Please let me know the sequence of forms to be uploaded at MCA website for formation of private company. Let the forms start from DIN application till receipt of Incorporation certificate.

please tell me about holding and subsidiary term and condition and its reporting as per law

in a private company there are 4 directors out of them 2 are additional directors. now the two directors need to resign so i have a doubt that weather the 2 additional directors fulfill the requirement of minimum no of directors in co. they are appointed after AGM. AGM for this year held on 30.06.2014 and additional directors were appointed on 1.07.2014.

Please tell me whether a charge can be created by a bank on the property of company which has made default in filing Annual Return and Balance sheet of 2009-10 and onwards. Moreover the charge was created in the year 2011 and will have to be registeres after applying for condonation of delay with Central Govt.

While filing MBP-1, do the director need to disclose the interest in foreign companies also.

u/s 152(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 under which every Director of the Company was appointed in General meeting. weather First Director and Additional Director was Excluded U/s 152(2) of the Companies Act, 2013

hi can you tell me the procedure for private placement on preferential basis? I have following doubts in that.
1. which Board meeting's resolution is required to be filed with MGT-14, is it for issue or allotment?
2.What is the time limit for acceptance of application form or for how long offer would be kept open for acceptance of application?
