applied for name in form inc-1.applicants were managing committee members of a charitable trust.they wanted the same name of the trust.NOC signed by secretery(not certified by professional)was also attached.was asked to re submit with the following message.

what is the proof?

Q1: I need to regularize the Additional Director in the AGM. Whether Section 160(1) shall apply to the private company. (Note: Under CA 1956, Section 257 was not applicable to private company).
