sir,
applied for name in form inc-1.applicants were managing committee members of a charitable trust.they wanted the same name of the trust.NOC signed by secretery(not certified by professional)was also attached.was asked to re submit with the following message.

1. Proof - certified copy of the resolution passed by the trust in the trustee's meeting giving sanction to apply for name availability in the name of the trust and have no objection ,if approved by ROC ,to incorporate a company in the same name of the turst.
