hello every one can any one help me and tell me the way to pay share stamp duty electronically...

After logging into your MCA account, in the service list you will find pay stamp duty option.

Ps:- Ignore the offline process mentioned therein since paper challan remittance is not in force w.e.f October 1,2011.
