can private company registered under company act 1956 takes non refundable (non repatriation basis)amount from a foreign citizen (not(NRI /PIO)/OCB) without bearing any interest
and Company is not issuing /allotting any type of security or capital

if yes
what is reporting requirement of RBI in this case

WHETHER MY ID PROOF AND ADDRESS PROOF SHALL BE ACCEPTED BY MCA PORTAL?

pls explain me the diff of sec 295 and sec 185 of co act 2013 loan to directors

The name of the Company has been change in April, 2014 & balancsheet signed dated 24/08/2014, kindly confirm whats the name of the company should appear on the balancesheet. it should be with new name or with formerly know as shown in bracket. ( In my opinion it with new name because balancsheet signed in aug,2014)

Please guide me on the procedure to appoint a new auditor in place of existing auditor at an upcoming AGM of a private limited company. The appointment of new audtior has to be done because the existing audtior has expressed his unwillingness to be appointed as auditor.

Hello guyz

I have an issue. In DIR 11 for the resignation of Director, there should be mentioned date of appointment. But after uploading error raised regarding
date of appointment should be same as saved in database. If I choose latest appointment date, error remains, but if I choose original date of appointment (first appointment date), Then form get filed. I want to know is there any issue if I choose original date?

Please tell what should I do now?
