whether attach ments like inc8,inc9,1nc10 should be prepared in stamppaper?
if so value of stamppaper?
if there are 7 subscribers should there be 7 inc9 and inc10 forms attached ?

if so these are to be attached as a single attachment?

We want to file form FTE for closure of a pvt. ltd. company. we are facing a problem that form is not accepting any value other than that for 0 for assets and liabilities.

can private company registered under company act 1956 takes non refundable (non repatriation basis)amount from a foreign citizen (not(NRI /PIO)/OCB) without bearing any interest
and Company is not issuing /allotting any type of security or capital

if yes
what is reporting requirement of RBI in this case
