if a company is incorporated in com act 1956 and then capital is increased in new act whether inc 21 is required to be filed in 180 days??

Need not file form INC 21 for increase in share capital.Please note that e-filing of INC 21 is to make sure that subscribers to the MOA has brought in the agreed upon subscription amount in time. For full details please refer section 11(1)(a) and 11(3) of the 2013 act.
