Gm sir /madam , I wanna know about good reference books for Company Law 2013, Drafting & Pleadings , Corporate Restructuring & insolvency amended as per Companies Act 2013 .

Study Material of ICSI is best. If you want additional book you can opt for Sangeet Kedia's book.

Yes there are no much options available. You are advised to use ICSI study material along with previous exam suggested answers.
