sir,
i have certain doubts regarding attachments of inc 7
whether attach ments like inc8,inc9,1nc10 should be prepared in stamppaper?
if so value of stamppaper?
if there are 7 subscribers should there be 7 inc9 and inc10 forms attached ?
if so these are to be attached as a single attachment?

Form INC-10--Notorised only.
Form INC-9--Affidavit should be on Stamp Paper
Form INC-8--Declaration should be on Stamp Paper
Officially Declaration/Affidavit should be on stamp paper of Rs. 10/- each; but many-where it is executed on Rs. 50/- or Rs. 100/-.
The Declarations/Affidavits for each subscribers are required. The documents can be scanned in single pdf file.

INC-8 - to execute in stamp paper. It is a declaration, no need to notarize. Follow the stamp paper value fixed for 'declaration' by the concerned state.
INC-9 - to execute in stamp paper. Being an affidavit, it has to be necessarily notarized. Follow the stamp paper value fixed for 'affidavit' by the concerned state.
INC-10 - to prepare in plain paper. It is a signature verification form. Therefore, it has to be ATTESTED either by a notary or by a banker.
