18 September 2014 Can you please guide me if disclosure of interest is NIL , whether it is necessary to file MGT 14 in that case.Thank you very much.

18 September 2014 In case there is no interest to disclose, no need to file form MGT.14.

However if there are any other director who have disclosed his interest through form MBP.1 you have to pass resolution for taking note of interest. So in that case you have to file form MGT.14.
