Can you please guide me if disclosure of interest is NIL , whether it is necessary to file MGT 14 in that case.Thank you very much.

In case there is no interest to disclose, no need to file form MGT.14.
However if there are any other director who have disclosed his interest through form MBP.1 you have to pass resolution for taking note of interest. So in that case you have to file form MGT.14.

Acco to me nil discloaure it self a disclpaure.
