while filing in the details of promoters in inc7 i got the following message

mandatory field first name cannot be empty in particulars of promoter as this is mandatory field.in case first name is not available in din details please update din details by filing dir-6 and if pan detail also does not include first name the same should be updated before filing dir-6

does this mean that with out both first name and last name in pan inc7 cannot be filed?

We have filed same form CHG-1 twice by mistake.The form when first filed did not generate a receipt and the system got hanged. So, we filed it again as we did not know the form uploaded as it did not appear in the Index of Charges.
Please give a solution as it is showing the charge creation from the same bank twice.

If a Private Limited company incorporated on January, 2013 and not started their business. Then whether this company is required to appoint Auditor and get their books of Accounts audited??

one promoter have only sir name
(no first name) as per pan

the file size was 3.6mb

whether these could be the reason
