I have to incorporate a company but both directors are NRI so whether it is ok or I need to have one resident director please answer

Sir, when we r writing the provision of section, is it necessary to quote the subsection of that section, or writing the main section no.only for all other subsection provision is correct.

One of my frnd told me not writing the subsection no.and writing merely the section no. Will cut whole provision and marks accordingly.
Please suggest.

While filling Form GLN - 2 for appointment of auditors, The Column "Financial year to which the document relates" cannot be filled. I wanted to know if it is alright as I had read somewhere that MCA is sending Form GLN-2 for resubmission in which the F.Y. is not filled.

one of our client wants to file all pending ROC returns under abatement scheme. However company not filed any returns since incorporation. If all returns has to file under this scheme how 274 (1)(g)attracts and how its implication on auditors report. plz. guide

Is it necessary to appoint a director as additional director and then regularize him as normal director in EGM.
My CS told me it is mandatory to appoint as additional director & then validate in EGM as normal director

while filing in the details of promoters in inc7 i got the following message

mandatory field first name cannot be empty in particulars of promoter as this is mandatory field.in case first name is not available in din details please update din details by filing dir-6 and if pan detail also does not include first name the same should be updated before filing dir-6

does this mean that with out both first name and last name in pan inc7 cannot be filed?

We have filed same form CHG-1 twice by mistake.The form when first filed did not generate a receipt and the system got hanged. So, we filed it again as we did not know the form uploaded as it did not appear in the Index of Charges.
Please give a solution as it is showing the charge creation from the same bank twice.
