07 October 2014 sir,
while filing in the details of promoters in inc7 i got the following message

mandatory field first name cannot be empty in particulars of promoter as this is mandatory field.in case first name is not available in din details please update din details by filing dir-6 and if pan detail also does not include first name the same should be updated before filing dir-6

does this mean that with out both first name and last name in pan inc7 cannot be filed?

07 October 2014 All the ROC forms are regulated by a definite electronic Process and I believe it would be difficult for you to proceed without fulfilling the first name of promoter.

You are advised to visit ROC office once and take a clarification. Revert if there is any doubt.
