Same form chg-1 filed twice

07 October 2014 Sir,

We have filed same form CHG-1 twice by mistake.The form when first filed did not generate a receipt and the system got hanged. So, we filed it again as we did not know the form uploaded as it did not appear in the Index of Charges.
Please give a solution as it is showing the charge creation from the same bank twice.
Please help

07 October 2014 Please seek a 'no dues certificate 'for one CHG-1 from the lender by explaining the situation. Then file CHG-4 with in 30 days, of charge creation, with the said certificate as a mandatory attachment.
