07 October 2014 While filling Form GLN - 2 for appointment of auditors, The Column "Financial year to which the document relates" cannot be filled. I wanted to know if it is alright as I had read somewhere that MCA is sending Form GLN-2 for resubmission in which the F.Y. is not filled.

07 October 2014 You can simply write the financial year to which form relate on the form ADT.1 itself manually. I would also suggest you to file resolution for appointment of auditor along with GNL.2 as an optional attachment.

Thanks for your reply, but there is no column in the Form ADT-1 to write F.Y. as per my knowledge. Could you please explain where I can write the F.Y.?

07 October 2014 I understand your point. However I had put a 2 liner on form ADT.1 regarding period when I filed it.

Further resolution attached by you is enough to established the period for which you are filing this form. You can also take the opinion of any other professional.
