previous auditor offered to continue audit
But limitation by statute for 20 co. to audit.

Lately on 21/11/2014 auditor confirmed his position as not able to audit the same so how to deal with appointment of new auditor & resignation of old one ---Please suggest from ROC filing prospective, how to deal wih the situation.

Dear Sir,

A company has unsecured loan Rs 100,000 as on 31st March 2014 from director's wife.
(wife is neither director nor shareholder).

What should be done in the above case. Form DPT 4 has not yet been filed. Can we show repayment before 30 July to avoid filing of such form.

Or should we file such form and repay the whole amount by 31.03.2015

Can an executive director be appointed as a Managing Director in another company and vice versa?

In case if a Company is a member of another Company and an authorised representative attends the meeting on behalf of the Company with a proper board resolution, would the authorised representative be treated as member or proxy?

can you please let me know whether acceptance of loans from directors, shareholders and members are considered as deposits and also whether the auditors should give an audit report regarding these deposits in the form DTP 4 under acceptance of deposit rules 2014
